為提升青年的國際移動力，拓展國際視野，教育部自96年起開辦學海計畫，為使更多青年學子瞭解這項計畫，教育部於113年9月20日下午2:30時邀請各計畫學生代表分享海外研修與實習成果。除在專業領域進修、研習，亦積極參與國際事務，體驗各國文化特色，同時也將臺灣熱情、友善的一面傳遞給各國人民，每一位都是國民外交青年大使。歡迎對於海外留學或實習有興趣、渴望出國突破自我的每一位同學，到場聆聽學海第一手的資訊分享，讓想要出國卻不敢踏步的你能夠透過別人的經驗，有機會實踐夢想，譜出不一樣的人生藍圖，學海計畫歡迎您的蒞臨！

活 動 簡介
為鼓勵國內大專校院學生赴國外大專校院研修或企業實習，全面擴展年輕學子參與國際交流與合作活動之機會，培養具有國際視野及實務經驗之專業人才，教育部每年定期舉辦學海計畫受獎生心得分享會，頒發獎狀予成效優異之受獎生，並分享海外研修或實習經驗。

由國科會委託國研院執行之「臺加雙邊人才研習計畫-2025全球鏈結研究實習 (Mitacs - Globalink Research Internship, GRI)」將於8月初開放申請。獲獎者可於2025年5-10月間赴加拿大實習12週。
為幫助更多臺灣大學生了解GRI全球鏈結研究實習，探索及拓展自身未來的研究發展機會。
Mitacs團隊將於臺灣時間7月31日晚間8點為臺灣大學生舉辦一場線上說明會。活動將深入介紹GRI計畫，並邀請過去的獲獎生分享實習經驗。

I am pleased to announce that Tokyo City University calls for applications for
“Gotoh Educational Corporation Tokyu Group Scholarship” for future graduate students
who will enter from the master’s program and continue to the Doctoral program at Tokyo City University.
We have started the call for applications for the fall semester 2025 scholarship (September 2025 enrollment).
The call is limited to those who have achieved academic results within the top ten percent
at a university within the top ten percent of universities in their countries.
I believe that your university deserves this condition.
The scope of this scholarship is 1,000,000 JPY per year for the whole period until the
completion of the Doctoral program (Max. 5 years). In addition, scholarship students are
exempted from both the entrance fee and the tuition fee, and receive full financial support
for the initial and monthly rent payment of our international dormitory.
The deadline for application is October 3rd, 2024, 23:59 PM Japan Standard Time.
