Tokyo City University has started the call for applications for “Gotoh Educational Corporation Tokyu Group Scholarship” for September 2027 enrollment.
This scholarship is for prospective graduate students who plan to study both the master’s and doctoral programs at Tokyo City University continuously.
Eligibility is limited to students who are in the top 10% academically at a university
ranked among the top 10% in their country.
This scholarship provides 1,000,000 yen per year for the entire period from the master's program
to the completion of the doctoral program (up to 5 years).
In addition, scholarship recipients are exempted from entrance fees and tuition,
and their initial and monthly rent for the international student dormitory is fully covered.
The Form B and D are expected to be submitted by September 11, 2026, 23:59 PM Japan Standard Time.
The deadline for all documents (application) is September 25, 2026, 23:59 PM Japan Standard Time.
